Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Todd Claussen Interiors!

We ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We ship using UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. 

Shipment Processing Time

Most orders for in-stock items are processed within 2–5 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed after Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays will processed on the next available business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. If your order experiences a processing delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Items that are on backorder will be shipped once they become available.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You can also view our standard ground shipping rates in the table below.

Standard ground shipping times vary depending on the item. Ground shipping transit times are generally between 2-7 business days depending on the destination. Please note that shipping transit times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Free ground shipping will be applied at checkout to orders shipped to the contiguous United States only. Free ground shipping is excluded on orders shipping to multiple addresses and does not apply to other shipping methods. Some exclusions apply to rugs, oversized items, and select furniture.

Expedited shipping may be available on certain items. If available, expedited shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. With the tracking number you will be able to track the progress of your shipment. 

Multiple Shipments

Depending on the items ordered, you may receive multiple packages. If this is the case, you will provided tracking numbers for each shipment via email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Todd Claussen Interiors is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the contiguous United States at this time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive an item that arrived damaged, defective, or a mistake on our part, contact us within 7 days of delivery by using our request form on the Contact Us page.

We’ll need a few photos of the item and a receipt to begin the return process. Photos and proof of purchase are required to process your request. Save all the packaging materials and damaged goods.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order may be canceled and refunded.

Todd Claussen Interiors is not responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
